Fuel mixture control?

I can not find a fuel mixture control for the 108...is there one?

If not, does it have an auto-mixture feature?
If so, where does one put the mixture control in FSX...under realism?

No, the aircraft doesn't have a mixture control.
No action whatsoever is required from the pilot.
