is there a way to "unlock" historically accurate tail insignia, or do I have to hand paint it in with the paint kit?

Am I wright if I said that the display of the nazi insigna is forbiden by the german law?
Thank you for the wonderful Fw 190 model. Like the real plane the classiic-hangar model is a very fine piece of engineering.
