Well, seems you're on to something.
Apparently this affects only the Ta152 and is caused by something in the payload module.

Naja, "Außenanschluß" bedeutet ja eigentlich nur "externe Batterie" oder "Starterwagen", mit anderen Worten "externer Sammler".
Muß ich noch mal ne Nacht drüber schlafen, ob das ein Fehler oder gewollt ist.

Use the mouse wheel to tune the frequencies, it should normally do what you want depending on how long and how fast you scroll.

It's broeken in the Sim, Chunk.
It's not a critical bug though as it doesn't really make a lot of a difference. Keeping the cooling flaps on automatic is fine and doesn't really harm.
Seems we have one more small item to fix so we'll issue a patch in the new year.
